Just a short post for now, off to try Slaters 50/50 in Pasadena for lunch. Do I try the peanut butter burger, or do I save myself for the bacon chocolate brownie?

Either way, an extended run/spin session/lay in bed all Sunday groaning could be on the cards. . . . . . . .
