So tonight, after a trial of Paddle Tennis, I am going to do a big shop. Currently, at 38,000 ft and about 4 hours away from landing are some of our closest friends from California. not all our close friends, just a select few, and tomorrow, 4 of them come to stay here for a few days.

I am sure they will be totally jet lagged, but it gives me an excuse to try out some of the Paleo recipes, a chance to create some gorgeous little cakes and treats, and of course to spend time in my favourite room in the house.

I have a feeling, it’s going to be hectic, it’s going to be noisy, it’s going to be fun.
