It’s been way too long my friends. This year has flown by. For those who know, as well as a passion for cooking, I have a passion for education.

Work life commitments (owning 2 independent schools and 2 nurseries) resulted in a life full of work and no time to spend in the kitchen.

Although the work of a school proprietor/bursar is never done, I am pleased to say that, to quote Alice Cooper, ‘schools out for summer’, which means I can get back in the kitchen!!

Over the next few weeks expect a platter if posts, delightful food discoveries from our upcoming trip to Mexico, and hopefully some inspiration for you.
