Honey & Chilli Glaze

Just a quick one for now…. I ❤️ honey. I really do and I’m so fortunate that I can get good local honey from where my work office is in Upshire.

Local bees collecting pollen from local flowers and the resulting honey travelling just 5 miles before consumption in my home. Now, tonight is Pork Chops for Dinner so I am going to glaze half of them with this simple glaze.

2 tablespoons of honey

1 teaspoon of Chilli glaze (2 or more if you like it hot)

Juice of half an orange (or lemon if you insist)

Mix it all together and spread over pork chops or pork loin or even chicken about 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
